Do you also have specific questions about the formatting or wearing instructions of your medals or decorations? Or have you perhaps lost a medal or award? 1. Register order
Please fill in the order form below as best as possible. We will then be happy to receive your medals or decorations. The safest way is to drop off your medals or decorations at our office in Oirschot. Would you rather send them by post? That is also possible. Then pack your medals or decorations well and securely. And then send them to us by registered post. That way you can be sure that your medals or decorations will arrive safely.
2. Order confirmation
Have we received your medals or decorations? Then we will book your order in our system. You will receive a confirmation of this at the email address you provided.
3. Let’s get started!
Our seamstresses will get to work for you quickly and professionally. Is your set ready? You will immediately receive a message to the email address you provided. The message also contains the costs for the layout and tells you how you can pay the amount due. We will add the invoice for the formatting together with your finished awards.
4. Delivery
Have we received the outstanding amount from you? Then we will send your medals or decorations to you as soon as possible. Would you rather collect your medals or decorations from us yourself? No problem! Then we will call you immediately to make an appointment with you.
5. Declare
Are you an active military officer? Then you may declare the full amount for the formatting of your medals or decorations to Defence. With the exception of the purchase and formatting of small model awards. Ask your manager whether you are eligible to declare the purchase and/or formatting of small model awards.
